As part of a small, hard-working, and accomplished team of guides in the Human Integration group, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of Blue Originās human-system interfaces for ground assembly and control personnel. You will help drive the human factors of our space systems to improve the ground assembly teamās experience while maintaining the highest levels of safety and well-being and ensure that our systems are designed for operational ease both in space and on the ground.
Our team is a part of the design process from project definition through test and integration. We provide expertise in the areas of human-centered design including requirement development, human-in-the-loop test planning, task analysis, human error analysis, labeling standards, ergonomics, anthropometry, and ground interface design.
This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and the attention to detail needed to ensure safe and repeatable spaceflight for commercial and government applications.
