As a Production Control II, you'll coordinate detailed production schedules on small to medium projects to establish the build sequence, duration and lead times of fabrication, assembly, installation, test and other manufacturing operations to meet completion dates defined by the contract. You'll prepare and release production work packages, identify problems, and coordinate scheduling alternatives and workarounds. You will assure the availability and timeliness of materials and parts required to support established schedules, keep records of weekly status of program progress, setbacks, and goals, and close out work packages.

Must-haves:
Associate's degree in a related field of study and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
โขA higher level degree may substitute for experience
โขRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of production and material control processes
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access functionality
