Project: 

The Senior Collection Strategist will work independently and as part of a cross-functional 

team comprised of technical experts supporting an established and growing Intelligence 

Community (IC) mission. You will need to quickly understand complex technical concepts 

and make assessments, and then articulate your recommendations to the customer. 

Previous experience working on-site to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and 

the Intelligence Community is highly desirable.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues: 

The Senior Collection Strategist will provide analysis assessments for the customer’s sensor development and integration, and communication systems. You will be asked to provide technical expertise to support a variety of tasks to include, but not limited to: 

• Provide technical support and assistance in the development of mission critical technologies 

• Develop, process, and evaluate TECHINT data 

• Produce prototype TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products and databases 

• Support the development of associated systems which acquire TECHINT data including, but not limited to, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency and extremely low-frequency electromagnetic sources 

• Participate in scientific panel reviews of ongoing and new technology developments pertaining to TECHINT capabilities 

• Evaluate unproven technology applications and identify potential risks. 

• Support the development of associated sensors systems. 

• Monitor the technology and transition efforts of TECHINT-related sensors and systems.

Must Have Qualification: 

• 10+ years of experience with a master's degree in intelligence, engineering, science, or equivalent experience 

• Must have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance.

Desired Qualification_:_ 

• Recent (within 2 years) experience with the development and/or operation of UUV/AUV 

• Knowledge in engineering and product development cycles 

• Current experience with strengths and limitations of DoD and IC collection platforms/sensors 

• Experience performing collections, collection trategy/management work and writing reports based upon the resulting work/accomplishments 

• Published collection strategy reports and/or authored new procedures/methods to create innovative collection plans/strategies 

• Experience in participating in SOCOM and COCOMs engagement and operations planning 

• Provide subject matter expertise on conducting collection operations/activities and the development of concepts of operations (CONOPs) and operational support packages (OSPs).

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$103,000.00 - $171,000.00 annually.
