Summary
This is a Remote position, which requires some occasional travel to office (located in Littleton, CO) or other customer sites.
We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Software Engineer. In this role you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of software, generate CI/CD pipelines and develop distributed solutions in a cloud-based environment. The senior software engineer engages with management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and customers to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions, with a focus on digital engineering processes and procedures, and developing solutions for space-based applications. The applicant will be expected to fulfill a leadership position in guiding, instructing, and mentoring other junior engineers in software best practices, policies and procedures, and task management a current Top Secret clearance is required.

Pay Range
$100- $140K
How We Determine What We Pay (Compensation Philosophy)
Redwire Space determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout the US. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
