About the role

20-week internship commencing February.

A Space Systems Intern at Rocket Lab is responsible for contributing to satellite programs and is given a design or test focused role assigned by management. This role requires close work with more experienced engineers to deliver project contributions to the expectations of the company.

**Essential skills
**

  • Experience meets role specific skill sets
  • Able to effectively transfer skills to satellite/rocket technology where applicable and still deliver required company outcomes
  • Successful university level engineering project from conception to operationย 
  • Graduated or in final year of Engineering degree within relevant field - Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar

**Desirable skills
**

  • Satellite project experience through university or previous employment preferred
