Do you enjoy designing and developing innovative solutions to solve tough problems? Join our team to deliver technological solutions in a rapid and agile production environment. Our Electrical Manufacturing engineers are providing real-time instruction, guidance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems installs for the Dream Chaser space planes and Shooting Star cargo modules. Scope includes owning installs of harnesses, avionics systems, instrumentation from concept through execution as well as providing key inputs for manufacturability of design and feasibility of modifications.
You'll conceptualize and deliver complex electrical structures and systems through deep knowledge of integrated system functionality and build sequence. Your anticipation of issues and seamless communication with our technician workforce will result in high first-pass yield of build and efficient knockdown of roadblocks to hit our target ship (and launch!) dates.
You are a fast-paced production floor ninja with high attention to detail and strong communication skills. You excel at real-time problem solving, and possess sound interpersonal and decision-making skills. Self-managed deadlines? No problem. Hitting deadlines? Like a boss. And more than anything, you love building space ships for a living.
