About the role
Launching a rocket and operating satellites requires a symphony of multiple teams, multiple sites, and multiple complex systems working together towards mission success. Operations software helps bring this orchestra together by providing operators with timely, accurate and beautiful presentation of control and system states.
A Software Engineer on the Flight Operations Software team will be responsible for creation, maintenance, deployment and support of components, functions or services in support of operations of the Electron launch vehicle and Photon spacecraft.
Essential skills

  • Tertiary Diploma, Certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a related field
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with one of: Redmine, Jira or other issue tracker
  • C# or Golang Development
  • Desktop Application Development
  • Ethernet Network Protocols
