About the role
We have a fantastic internship opportunity to join our Recovery team supporting our Electron stage 1 recovery and re-usability.ย  You will work on design and analysis of recovery systems components, assist with fabrication of development and flight soft goods, and assist with testing and post-flight inspections.

Essential skills

  • Working towards or completion of Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on approach to system and component development
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships

Desirable skills

  • Recovery system, aircraft or marine equipment experience
  • CAD experience (Siemens NX pref, or Solidworks)
  • Python or C++ coding experience
