Job Summary
This Human Resources Manager will lead a team providing Human Resource capabilities to Millennium Space Systems, a subsidiary of the Boeing company.

Specifically, this position will directly partner with the Human Resources Director to support of the company’s mission success. This role will lead the execution of the day to day operations of human resources including being the HR leader and primary interface with the union, partnering with the company Directors. employee relations, employee handbook and policies, process improvement and supporting compensation. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees to include developing and contributing to workforce engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will utilize functional knowledge, models, and trade analysis to shape HR strategy, HR staff, and talent solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR teammates to implement end-to-end HR processes and focus on continuous improvement.
