About the role
The Manager – Finance Operations is key member of the NZ Finance leadership team, responsible for leading the NZ Finance Operations team, including accounts payable and payment processes, accounts receivable, payroll functions, managing corporate credit cards and staff expense claims. The success of this role relies on developing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the purchase-to-pay cycle.
  
Essential skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience in leading a medium-sized accounts payable function in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment dealing with high volume transactions
  • Proven experience in tier-1 ERP, financial systems, banking platforms and advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in running a large payroll function
  • Effective communicator in both verbal and written form across all levels of the organisation
  • Exposure to highly regulated environments with strong internal control processes
  • Strong attention to details and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience in InforLN ERP
