Primary Responsibilities: Ā
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Work from blueprints and approved technical documents to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and componentsĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Complete parts lists, checks drawings, work within the systems to certify assembliesĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Responsible for crimping, soldering, splicing, and routing electrical cable harnessesĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Building and troubleshooting components for electrical assembliesĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Use standard assembly tools and materialsĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā May perform modifications and rework with oversightĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Working in an ESD environment Ā
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Testing electrical assemblies by manual and automated meansĀ

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Associates in aviation maintenance (or certification including non-accredited trade schools) or comparable technical experience in welding, aviation, engineering or related fields.Ā

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ability to understand and interpret basic applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications; ability to route wires per technical drawings Ā Ā
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Advanced skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, wiring installation, soldering, and crimping techniquesĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Experience with navigating 3-D CAD softwareĀ
