As a Process Improvement Manager I, you will drive the implementation, communication, training, and auditing of SNC and industry best practices. You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop, deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean, efficient, and successful operations. You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues. And you will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes, and dissemination of results.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or, must be willing to immediately take steps to attain)
6 - 8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles
Knowledgeable in the establishment of business processes and best practices in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in a variety of manufacturing types within the Commercial Space or Aerospace and Defense environment(s)
Strong working knowledge of how to strategize and execute process planning projects in a resource limited environment
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards
Experience with program management processes, standards & certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01
