DETAILS:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented Engineering Student to join our Corporate Business Operations department at our Brampton or Montreal facility. This position is a 4 or 8 month internship beginning in February 2023.
Overall, the successful candidate will be treated as a new graduate joining our company, where tasks will be assigned relative to the level of education and experience achieved to date.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Business Operations team to create a harmonized approach to business operations across the company that is aligned to the corporate strategy and priorities. Under the supervision of a Business Operations Engineering Analyst, the successful candidate will execute cross-company operations projects enabling the simplification and modernization of MDA’s business processes and tools. These tasks will directly support the growth of the business through strategic operational initiatives. The successful candidate will be working in a multifunctional team, assessing key processes within the Quality, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing departments across all MDA sites. Communication, backend software development and organization skills are key for success in this role.

Interested candidates should be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer/Data Science with three (3) years completed.
