As part of a passionate and accomplished team, you will work at the intersection of program management, engineering, integrated supply chain, finance and quality organizations, improving team effectiveness and coordination, and ensuring that the right people are working together to solve problems and deliver results on time.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, New Glenn Stage 2 Fluid Systems TPM Office and directly support all aspects of project management to include cost, schedule, technical design, risk & opportunity, and change management.
You will use your project management and engineering skills to organize budgets, schedules, and program plans to ensure development, qualification and production hardware is delivered and support the various campaigns. You will use your technical background to understand and effectively communicate with Blue Origin internal organizations and suppliers worldwide. You will build subsystems project management plans and manage project schedules, WBS, and cost, as well coordinate schedules to integrate the subsystem development with the overall vehicle programs. You will present status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management. You will manage the subsystem business rhythms and develop/communicate key program metrics. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
