About the role:
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator primary purpose is to coordinate maintenance activities and projects related to APC facilities. They will also be responsible for identifying and maintaining a stock of parts to enable repairs to be undertaken effectively and with minimal interruption to APC operations.
Areas of responsibility will include factory HVAC system, electrical, structural, and general maintenance needs across all buildings in the APC campus. They will be expected to provide both “hands on” and management of outside contractors in attending to maintenance requirements. At times they may be required to assist with Production Equipment maintenance or provide cross-departmental support for production related projects.
This position will work closely and develop strong relationships with all Engineers, Technicians, and subject matter experts across a range of departments to enable the most efficient completion of maintenance work.
