As a Quality Control Inspector III, you'll be using your skills and expertise to ensure that our incoming parts, in-process production, and shipped product fulfill all quality requirements. Responsibility includes the review and assurance that all vendor traceable & associated paperwork is in order and compliant to all PO requirements. You will be visually inspecting our materials, parts, and products at different stages of production, as well as recording observations and making recommendations for improving processes. Provide manual dimensional inspections where appropriate to engineering drawing requirements with a working knowledge of GD&T. You'll inspect for structural flaws, internal defects, or missing welds, concluding accept and release to inventory or reject with a recorded non-conformance report to working with quality engineering in disposition. You'll apply our quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection.

Must-haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and drawings
  • Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance
  • Experience with finished goods inspection
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

Estimated Hourly Wage: 21.53 - 29.60
