Job Description

Job Description:

Support procurement staff with maintenance of ERP system and supplier communication.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Suppliers on behalf of Buyers to obtain up-to-date delivery forecast information.
• Update ERP System with Supplier updates and maintain current, accurate status for all open Purchase Orders.
• Assist with group metrics and reporting.

Requirements:

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort/expertise with Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, motivated.
• ERP System experience preferred.

Compensation

• All final pay rates will be determined by the candidate’s specific education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
• Pay Range: $20 – 25 per hour
