We are looking for a HR & Office Management Trainee / Working Student (m/f/x) to join our motivated team in Berlin.
About the role:
Support the HR team in daily HR & Office Management activities with focus on (but not limited to) Recruitment & HR Administration, office supply, health & safety, events, employee benefits and mobility
Support the HR Team with sourcing of new (tech) talent
Come up with new ideas and initiatives for the entire employee life cycle
Create HR reports and conduct market research and benchmark analysis
Work closely with other teams and have an impact on the exciting growth phase we are currently in
Be an important part of the HR Team, learn and take the responsibility from day one
About you:
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR & Office Management field and contribute with new ideas and initiatives
Ideally you have already gathered Recruitment/ HR / Office Management experience within a (tech) start-up environment
Good knowledge of G-suite / MS Office.
Good analytical, organisational skills & creative approach to problem solving
You welcome feedback and are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them
Very good oral and written communication skills in English, very good command in German is a plus
