Astra is on a mission to improve life on Earth from space. Astra’s first flight to space was within 4 years of its inception, making it the fastest company to reach space. By achieving monthly, then weekly, then daily launch, we'll create the infrastructure services our customers need in space to build a healthier and more connected planet. If you're excited by a sense of possibility, the chance to innovate, and make a difference here on Earth, we think you should work here too.
Astra designs and builds a complete orbital launch system, including spacecraft, rockets (engines, stage structures, fluid systems, avionics, etc), mission control, and software for orchestrating factory automation and end-to-end supply chain. Astra manufactures most of the components used to produce its rockets, and integrates, tests, and launches rockets and spacecraft at its facilities.
The Product team at Astra utilizes its understanding of the customer and the market to lead the company in formulating product vision and strategy, curating and delivering on a product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to build and launch commercially successful products and services.
